Returns & Refunds

1. Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or engraved products (unless damaged or defective)
  • Products that have been used or damaged
  • Items without original packaging or documentation
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide a return authorization number (RMA)
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item to the address provided, referencing your RMA number
  5. Include a copy of your receipt with the package

3. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of:

  • Product defects or damage
  • Items received that don’t match the order description
  • Manufacturing errors

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.

4. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will verify the item meets return conditions
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
  • It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will:

  • Provide a full refund or replacement at no cost
  • Arrange for prepaid return shipping if needed
  • Send a replacement product immediately

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items with defects or damage. Exchanges for different products or styles are subject to availability and standard restocking fees may apply for non-defective items.

7. Bulk Orders

Bulk orders of 50+ items have special conditions. Contact our sales team for specific return and refund policies applicable to wholesale purchases.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Shipping charges (except for defective items)
  • Custom engraving or personalization work
  • Gift wrapping and special packaging services
  • Bulk order discounts
